Welcome to Creativeific! By purchasing or downloading digital files from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how you can use our products.
General Terms
- Digital Products: All digital files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Creativeific and its owners are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of these files.
- Copyright: Creativeific retains the copyright of all digital files and products. Purchasing or downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership to you.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello✩creativeific.com.
Usage Guidelines
Free Files
- Free files are for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use is not permitted.
Paid Files
- Personal & Commercial Use License: By purchasing a file, you are granted a license to create:
- Physical products for personal or commercial use (up to 500 units per file).
- Digital finished end products that are your own designs with significant creative changes. For example, you may use a file to create a planner, card, or invitation to sell digitally.
- Limitations: For file bundles, the 500-unit limit applies to the total units produced, not 500 per file. If you wish to create more than 500 units or mass-produce items (including print-on-demand), you must contact us for an extended license.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Sell, share, or redistribute the digital files in their original form.
- Resell modified versions of the digital files as clip art or similar.
- Use the files to create products that reflect poorly on the Creativeific brand.
- Claim the files or their designs as your own.
E-Books, Courses, and Guides
- These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold in any form.
Mass Production & Extended Licenses
For mass production, print-on-demand services, or other uses beyond the standard license, please email us at hello✩creativeific.com to discuss extended licensing options.
